RECRUITMENT PROCESS
How does the process work?

1. Contract Signing:
The employer signs a service agreement with ONB Human Resources to initiate the partnership.

The employer completes a form detailing the specific requirements for the needed workforce.

ONB searches its database and selects workers who best match your requirements.

4. CV Submission:
ONB submits selected CVs to the employer for review and approval.

Once CVs are approved, workers enter the administrative process for obtaining work and residence permits.
